All the effort and dedication behind this project it’s easy to see when the client arrive to Sollipulli thanks to the professional, personalized and warm welcome. The mid-mountain camp, Nevados de Sollipulli is located in the northeast base of the Sollipulli volcano at the of Cordillera de los Andes in the Melipeuco commune. Its perhaps one of the most beautiful environs of Chile with a unique mix of scenery ready to amaze the visitors. The spectacular mountain formations, glaciers, rivers, lakes and lagoons, the ancient forests of Araucaria and Coigues with a incredible variety of fauna which include foxes, pumas, pudu, boars and various native birds such as condors, woodpeckers or hummingbirds of various species are part of our natural environment.
Day 1 .-
Start 10.00 hrs trekking.
Volcano Ascent Glacier crossing and arrival at West side of the mountain after about 6 hours of walking. Only in the ascent its necessary to carrying equipment to overnight stay (tents, sleeping bags and mats) and part of the diet.
Arrival at camp 1, armed with tents, dinner and overnight.
Day 2 .-
08.00 hrs. Breakfast, disarmament camp and start of descent from the crater to Arpehue where Queipude drawer after 4 to 6 hours of walking we arrive at the camp sector 2, sector of hot springs and geysers.
Rest and dinner in the overnight camp.
Day 3 .-
Breakfast, bath in hot springs and down by canyoning Queipude canyon.
Approximately 17.00 hrs. We return to base camp. |
