INFORMATION
The Hotel born with an old family of Temuco who came from Germany and started with the business of the first City Theater “Tepper Theater”.
Has privileged location in the center of Temuco and has 40 comfortable rooms with all necessary amenities such as: Central Heating, Room Service, Telephone, Cable TV, Mini Bar, Wi-Fi, computer room, private parking and laundry.
His restaurant with a capacity of 30 persons offers passengers during the morning a breakfast buffet. For lunch always available a homemade food menu only for 11 USD and could be lunch or dinner who include: Entrance, main course, dessert, drink and water grass and a variety of sandwiches and drinks in the cafeteria.
There are a conference room for celebrations and meetings either social or business events with a capacity for 60 pax.

The Hotel is located in the center of the city of Temuco with the possibility of access to all services and activities that might require such as: banks, supermarkets, transport, shopping centers and pharmacies, etc...
Are various activities that can be found in Temuco and also in the surroundings as it is located in the south of Chile, surrounded by nature, National Parks, Ski Resorts, spas and Lakes.
There are excellent resorts with different activities like water sports, Spa treatments, tours etc...
We recommend you visit the market, where you can appreciate different land products and handicrafts. Also see the regional museum of Araucania allowing getting knowledge of the Mapuche, indigenous cultures of our country.
