INFORMATION
This beautiful B & B belongs to the family Tramón Perez, residents in the neighborhood of Seminario for many years, located on the second terrace of the city which hosted for decades the Catholic clergy aspirants who came mostly from the islands surrounding the city .
The house is visible from several points of the city, its building was a landmark in the architectural features of the city (several professionals imitate the style later) so that was the subject of public curiosity.
A large family lived in this home until the children grew up and took their own course, was there when the Perez Tramon family decided to enable six rooms with private bathroom, installing central heating and enable additional parking and spaces, offering Room comfort and familiarity that you can lived through the attention of the owners.

Located in Puerto Montt, capital of Los Lagos Region, recognized by enviable beauty of its landscapes and its unique cuisine, in the best area of town, close to the down town, where you can find the most beautiful views of the city and the “Seno de Reloncaví”, also has various services that make it a tourist and commercial epicenter. It is minutes from shopping and various attractions such as the Cathedral, the theater Diego Rivera and the waterfront between others.
This new B & B offers comfortable rooms with private bath and full buffet breakfast, if you come for work or rest, it is the best place to stay who give personal attention and warmth of people in the southern Chile.
We offer additional services such as; tours within the Region, transfers to and from the airport or bus terminal, agreements with the best restaurants in the area.
Another alternative is to make your stay a complete experience: cycling tourism, with circuits drawn on the experience of ten years of touring the area and offering light and safe bikes, also the possibility to travel with guided tours with all the information necessary to enjoy the best of the region.
Additionally, if the passengers want the cuisine of the house at night provides a menu of homemade meals and snacks. The Weekends by request we offered, roasts and barbecues, the traditional curanto (cooking of meats, seafood and sausage) or repairer drinks before the break.
