The Central Zone corresponds to the V, VI and VII regions: Valparaíso, Libertador Gral Bernardo O'Higgins, Maule and Metropolitan Region, respectively. This area concentrates the economic and political administration of the country. It has a soft climate and is ideal for farming.
In this zone we find the most traditional vineyards, the most famous resorts of Chile and the best ski resorts in South America.
